Although the reservation deadline for the hotel is January 14, I would encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible. There are still rooms in the block available Thursday through Saturday. If you need to make reservations that span before/after this time, you can still get the conference rate 3 days before or after the conference (given they are not booked up); however, you will need to call the reservation desk directly to arrange this ((407) 351-1000).
